The hubby got his hair cut. It didn't take too long. :)
Today is my grandfather's birthday, so we visited him. It's the one same thing we did today that we did last year. This time the sun was shining and the air was crisp. A pretty day.
The husband asked if I missed my grandfather. I miss the days when he was alive, when the family came together on his birthday and celebrated Christmas. But I never really talked much to my grandfather. He was 87 when he died and I was the second youngest grandchild. So we never really conversed. Still, I am glad for the moment we did have and I know he's in a better place. And I'm glad I visited him today.
Mt Diablo in the distance
Afterwards we went to lunch. We thought about going to Digger's but they closed at 2pm. Darn it! We ended up at Red Robin.
I usually get a burger at Red Robin but I opted for something different this time. :)
A quick stop to Walgreens and were back home soon enough...
